This Shipping Policy describes how Noveur handles shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped directly from suppliers warehouses located in multiple countries including China and India.

Estimated delivery times are provided by Suppliers and are not guaranteed.

Typical delivery times are 7-15 days

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs clearance

  • weather conditions

  • courier delays

  • high order demand

  • logistics disruptions

These delays are outside our control.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, when available.

Tracking information may take 2–5 days to update after shipment.

Customers can track their order using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and may vary depending on:

  • delivery location

  • package weight

  • supplier shipping charges

  • courier service used

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.


5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a product has been handed over to the shipping carrier by the Supplier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

Noveur is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the courier service.

However, if you face an issue with delivery, you may contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the matter with the shipping carrier.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned or lost, Noveur will not be responsible for replacement or refund.


7. Order Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, please contact our support team so we can investigate the issue with the supplier or shipping carrier.
