Order Cancellation Policy

At NOVEUR, we strive to provide our customers with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. This Order Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which customers may cancel their orders.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request to cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been processed for shipment, whichever occurs first.

If the cancellation request is received within this timeframe, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be initiated (if payment was made online).

2. Orders That Have Already Been Shipped

Once an order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further assistance.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Customers may cancel their order before it is shipped.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
  • If a customer repeatedly cancels COD orders or refuses delivery, NOVEUR reserves the right to restrict or disable COD services for that customer in the future.

4. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders made through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other digital payment methods, cancellation requests submitted within the allowed timeframe will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Please note that payment gateway processing times may vary, and refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

6. Order Cancellation by NOVEUR

NOVEUR reserves the right to cancel any order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspicious or fraudulent order activity
  • Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

If an order is canceled by us after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
